Lake Sherwood is unincorporated community in Ventura County, CA near the city of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, and Agoura Hills. Roughly 2000 population and includes the exclusive golf-club and community.
Lake Sherwood Views
I found this amazing lake through a friend who I ride road bikes with. There are a few cycling routes around the neighborhood and this one is like a cherry on top! This is one of the places where I keep going back to once a year. This time I drove with my wife through the Lake Sherwood neighborhood.
Lately, the amazing lake views are blocked by trees and the new construction of home. I was not able to find a way to get to the lake without going through private property. I dont blame the home owners for blocking access to the lake as its really a beautiful place. So as I was driving and pulling over to snap a few photos with my iPhone.
New Home Build in Lake Sherwood, CA
There is quite a few new homes and continued construction going on around the lake. I have no idea what the asking price for that house is, but this is the newest and most likely some of the best views. Im sure my wife looked it up.
Sneaking in a Photo or Two
I parked the car and took a few photos through a fence. Next time Im going for a ride I’ll bring a better camera to get a few more photos. Next time will try and do it some justice. Until then….
